Treasure House and donating

Hello friends! CoVid 19 shop update: It’s been a while since we have posted and updated our blog. Treasure House Resale Shop has been a community Thrift store supporting Metropolitan Family Services of DuPage County in Illinois. We help families to Learn, Earn, Heal and Thrive through mentoring, counseling and educational programs. We thrive on donations however, at this time, we are asking donors of clothing and hard goods to collect items and hold them at home until we are given the go ahead to take them in again. We realize this is a difficult time and we all

miss our friends and loved ones... we miss seeing our customers and volunteers but we want to assure you we will be back, better than ever to help serve our community. In the mean time be sure to take time to clean, de clutter and set aside items for donation.

We were blessed to have gotten the entire contents of a two bedroom condo filled with lovely things and some great mid century pieces!  We had a great crew of volunteers and helpers to make the donation go smoothly.  There was not room in the 16 ft truck for one more thing.  We had two pick up trucks as well!  Thank you for your generous donation to Treasure house!
